Sup!Stats and summaries
The Stats tab and the daily summary Sup! posts to the channel.
Stats
Open the follow-up and select the Stats tab. Choose a period: This week, Past week, This month, Past month, This year or Past year. The year options need a paid plan. Periods from before the follow-up started show Not enough data.
Need a stat that isn't there? Select Request a custom stat.
Daily summary
If Receive daily summary is on (it is by default), Sup! posts a summary to the follow-up's channel two hours after the follow-up's time. If responses are sent at a specific time, the summary goes out with them. The summary is updated when late responses come in.
The summary includes:
- Members on leave
- Pending members, with a View in dashboard link that opens the list of people who haven't answered
- Response submitted
- Average mood, if mood tracking is on
- Weekly submission rate, on the last active day of the week
Buttons at the bottom open the follow-up and its insights in the dashboard.
Turn the summary on or off under Advanced settings on the Channels & members step.
