Introduction
Run standups, leave and forms for your team on Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Sup! runs your team's check-ins, time off and forms inside Slack or Microsoft Teams. You set things up in the Sup! dashboard. Your team never has to leave chat: Sup! messages them, and they answer, request leave and fill in forms right there.
Follow-ups
Scheduled standups and check-ins: create one, choose who answers, read the responses.
Leave Tracker
Request and approve leave, track balances, and keep team and public holidays in one place.
Forms
Polls, requests and surveys your team fills in from Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Settings
Your timezone, the workspace's working days, and who can manage Sup!.
Get started
Log in to the dashboard. Go to app.supbot.com and select Login with Slack or Login with Teams. On Slack, if Sup! isn't in your workspace yet, you're taken to add it. On Microsoft Teams, add the Sup! app to a team first.
Check the basics. In Settings > Workspace, make sure the workspace timezone and working days are right. Everyone can set their own timezone in Settings > Profile.
Start with what your team needs. Create a follow-up for a daily standup, set up a leave team, or create a form.
Decide who runs Sup!. By default, everyone in the workspace can change Sup!'s settings. To limit that to a few admins, turn on access control.
Slack and Microsoft Teams
Sup! works on both. A few things only work on Slack, and each page says so where it applies. For example, conversational follow-ups, running a follow-up in each member's own timezone, setting a Slack status while someone is on leave, and the referral program.
